At Tilley, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and download the return packing slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
